Realty Hub forms as well as Far Bar Forms can be found in the “Realty Hub Public Folder” on Dropbox in the folder named “Forms.”
When you first joined Realty Hub, a link is/was sent to you in your welcome email with the subject heading: “Welcome to Realty Hub! (SAVE THIS EMAIL)”. Additionally, Dropbox also sent you an email with the link.
The $100 transaction fee is usually paid at closing through the title company/attorney handling the closing of the real estate transaction. Our template Commission Disbursement Order gives them instructions to mail it to us at a specified address.
Here are other ways to pay the transaction fee:
1. Deposit the $100 transaction fee at any local Wells Fargo Bank. Our bank account number is found in Dropbox > Realty Hub Public > Important Info > Realty Hub Important Info (Account #: 1122504796)
2. Mail a $100 check to our mailing address (see above)
3. Pay it electronically via our Pay Fees page here.
I. Commission Waiver / Contribution Letters
Step 1: Check with the lender (if applicable) to see if they allow agents to contribute commission towards the real estate transaction. Confirm any allowable amounts or limitations.
Step 2: Check with the Title Company/Attorney on procedures necessary for an agent to contribute commission towards to the real estate transaction.
Step 3: Draft a letter using language and content that is approved by both the lender and Title Company/Closing Attorney. Realty Hub’s $100 Transaction Fee must be addressed in the letter or it can be sent to us through our Pay Fees link before we issue the broker’s signature.
Step 4: Upload the letter to your Agent Dropbox folder. Send an email to [email protected] to request for the broker’s signature on the letter.

II. Commission Disbursements, Disbursement Authorization, etc.
If your signature request is related to being paid at closing / Commission Disbursement Form (CDF), please follow the steps outlined in the “Getting Paid” section below.
III. General letters, write a statement, give authorization, etc.
Step 1: Create the document requested

Step 1: Please fill out the form entirely. If you need the broker’s info, license, etc., please find it on Dropbox > Realty Hub Public > Realty Hub Important Info
Step 2: Send an email to [email protected] to request the broker’s signature on the document

We do not maintain an escrow account and would recommend using a title company or attorney to hold any transaction related funds.
Please complete your 1099 information via this link.
We have sent you a notice in January with the above link. Once the 1099 is completed by the agent, our CPA will then process it and completed 1099’s will be placed in your Dropbox agent folder.
As noted in your Welcome Email, it is the Realty Hub agent’s responsibility to keep track of all their earnings.
The information below has been confirmed by attorneys with the Florida Legal Hotline several occasions.
Physical Address: There is no legal requirement to have a physical address on your business card. You may use your own custom address.
Brokerage Name:
Florida Statue requires the name of the brokerage. Realty Hub agents may use our DBA (fictitious name filing): Realty Hub. For more info, please see this article.
If you are a CURRENT member of a Florida association of realtors, you are licensed with US Realty Hub, LLC dba Realty Hub.
All other Realty Hub members are licensed with Realty Hub, LLC.
Yes. We have the fictitious name, Realty Hub, registered with the Florida Division of Corporations.
Transaction Files
All transaction files are to be stored and uploaded to your agent Dropbox folder. An invitation was sent to you via Dropbox when you first joined Realty Hub. Additionally, a link was sent to you first join Realty Hub with the subject heading: “Welcome to Realty Hub! (SAVE THIS EMAIL)”.

Getting Paid

4. Send an email to [email protected] to request a broker signature on the Commission Disbursement Form. Once this form is signed by the broker, you will need to send it to the person who will disburse the commission.
* Please don’t wait until the last minute to request the signature. We recommend 2 business days. Once the signature is issued, send the executed form to the Title/Closing agent. DO NOT EMAIL US ANY DOCUMENTS. Upload everything to your Dropbox folder.

Step 2: Instruct the Payor to make the commission check payable to “Realty Hub”
Step 3: Instruct the Payor to either mail the commission to Realty Hub or give the commission check to the Realty Hub agent
Commission Payment
Scenario 1 (slow): The commission check is mailed to Realty Hub
Realty Hub will pay you via Direct Deposit. Please see: “How do I get paid via Direct Deposit?”
Scenario 2 (fast): The commission check is given to the Realty Hub agent
- Please take the check to any local Wells Fargo Bank and deposit it into our account #: 1122504796
- Endorse the back of the check: “For Deposit Only”
- Realty Hub will pay you via Direct Deposit. Please see: “How do I get paid via Direct Deposit?”
Step 1: Find and locate a licensed real estate professional
Step 2: Negotiate a real estate referral amount or percentage payable to you
Step 3: Sign a Referral Agreement (found in the Realty Hub Public Folders > Forms)
Step 4: Choose how to get paid your referral commission:

This is our mail processing facility. They scan, process, and deposit all commission checks. Agents should expect to be paid within 2 weeks for any checks sent here.
We pay via Direct Deposit to your Bank Account. Here’s how:

Payment Requests

We will contact you once we’re able to establish a direct deposit date or if we need more information. Please note that Direct Deposits scheduled on any business day before 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be received the next business day.
