E&O Insurance Summary

Coverage Summary

Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance - Your Protection with Realty Hub

At Realty Hub, we provide every agent with comprehensive Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage through a specialized insurance carrier. This protection is designed to give you peace of mind so you can focus on your clients and your business.

Coverage Highlights:

  • $1,000,000 per claim / $1,000,000 aggregate in coverage
  • Privacy & Security Coverage - included at the same limits, protecting against data and cyber-related risks

Supplemental Benefits:

  • Disciplinary proceedings coverage up to $25,000
  • Subpoena assistance up to $50,000
  • Crisis event expense coverage up to $25,000
  • Reputation protection expense coverage up to $25,000
  • Withheld client fee assistance up to $10,000

Important: $2,500 deductible per claim — paid by the agent.

How to Stay Protected

E&O is there if you need it — prevention is better:

  • Stay in your lane (real estate only): Don't offer opinions outside your role (legal, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Use Realty Hub's Comprehensive Disclosure Form with every client.
  • Document & comply: Keep clear records; follow Real Estate Commission rules and applicable Realtor Association guidelines.

These tips are for risk-prevention guidance and don't modify policy terms.
