Sales Transactions - Can be paid immediately upon closing so long as the title company or closing attorney accommodates. If not, the commission must be sent to Realty Hub and then funds are sent via Direct Deposit.
Lease Transactions - Commissions from lease transaction must be sent to Realty Hub and then paid to agents via Direct Deposit.
Referral Transactions - Commissions from referral transactions must be sent to Realty Hub and then paid to agents via Direct Deposit.
