Realty Hub provides brokerage supervision and support for real estate agents licensed in Georgia who prefer a 100% commission structure instead of traditional commission splits.

Agents affiliated with Realty Hub pay a simple transaction fee per closing and retain the full commission they earn. The brokerage provides the compliance oversight required under Georgia real estate law while allowing agents to operate their business independently.

Realtor membership is not required by the brokerage. Agents may choose to join Realtor associations or MLS systems based on their market needs, but membership is not mandated by Realty Hub itself.
