Fees & Commission
Realty Hub charges a $100 annual fee and a $100 transaction fee per closed transaction. There are no monthly dues, franchise fees, desk fees, or surprise add-ons. The fee structure is simple and transparent so agents can keep more of what they earn.

No. Realty Hub does not charge hidden fees of any kind. There are no desk fees, franchise fees, technology fees, compliance fees, or miscellaneous add-ons beyond the clearly stated annual and transaction fees.
No. Realty Hub does not charge buyers or sellers additional brokerage fees. Agents negotiate their commission directly with principals or other agents.
No. Realty Hub does not set minimum or maximum commission amounts. Agents are free to negotiate commissions with their clients in accordance with state law and ethical standards.
Agents keep 100% of their commission, minus the $100 transaction fee per closed transaction. There are no commission splits and no caps to reach.
Realty Hub does not charge the agent or client a separate E&O fee. Agents who join are covered under our policy. We have a $1 million aggregate per year policy covering all legally allowable real estate activities performed by our agents for a commission/fee.
Agents who are responsible for any legal claims or legal disputes will be liable to pay the E&O Insurance deductible of $2,500 per incident.
Realtor Association & MLS
No. Joining a Realtor Association is not required to affiliate with Realty Hub.
MLS access is obtained by joining a local Realtor Association and applying directly with the MLS provider. Please contact a Realtor Association for more details.
Yes. Agents may join multiple Realtor Associations if they choose, subject to each association's rules and fee requirements. Generally, agents can only join a Realtor Association that the broker is already a member of.

Brokerage Model & Support
Yes. Realty Hub operates as a cloud - based brokerage. Agents can work remotely without being tied to a physical office location.
No. Realty Hub does not provide leads. Agents are responsible for generating their own business. Realty Hub is associated with Opcity / Realty Connect. Agents interested in Opcity / Realty Connect leads should contact these platforms directly.
Realty Hub does not require mandatory training or meetings. Agents are expected to operate independently, though brokerage support is available when needed.
Realty Hub provides broker oversight, transaction compliance review, and administrative support related to brokerage requirements. Agents remain responsible for managing their own clients and business activities.
Realty Hub operates primarily as a virtual brokerage. Physical office access is not required for affiliation.
No. Agents are not required to live near the broker or corporate office. Realty Hub supports agents throughout its licensed states.

No.
While you are licensed with Realty Hub, you may not originate, process, or broker loans on any Realty Hub transaction. This includes listings, sales, leases, referrals, or personal transactions handled under Realty Hub. The reason is simple: to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (such as RESPA).
You're free to maintain your mortgage license separately, but it cannot be used in connection with Realty Hub transactions while you are affiliated with us as a real estate agent.
Realty Hub does not mandate any rules about team structure, branding, or operations. It is recommended that teams have their own internal agreements about structure, branding, and inter - team operations. With respect to payment of real estate commissions, all of paperwork, including Commission Disbursement Forms, can accommodate multiple payees. Our policies and procedures are applicable to both teams and individual agents.
No. Realty Hub does not impose territorial restrictions or non-compete clauses on its agents.
Yes. Open listings are permitted in accordance with state law and brokerage policy.
Advertising & Tools
None. We have developed our own Support Page for agents to log into once they join. From the Support Page, agents can access forms, upload transaction documents, add text to pdf documents and initiate legally binding e-signatures. Agents will also find answers to frequently asked questions.
Contracts and legal documents have been approved with the Realtor association. Realty Hub provides these forms to ALL of our agents to use.
Joining Realty Hub
To join, click “Join Now” and complete the online application and submit required documentation. The brokerage will review your application and guide you through license transfer steps if needed.
After completion of the application and payment of the membership fee, you will be active within 1 business day (24 hours). We perform agent activations from Monday through Friday. For example, an application sent on Friday at 1pm will be processed and responded to by Monday 1pm.

Realty Hub was incorporated on June 30, 2011.
The broker operates within the states where Realty Hub is licensed. Physical proximity to the broker is not required due to the cloud - based structure. The broker's physical location is not public information.
