What Happens Next?
Within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, activate your license with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), and send you a Welcome Email. Agents do not need to fill out any DBPR forms or contact their former broker (if licensed with another brokerage).
The Welcome Email will contain:
- Confirmation of active status with Realty Hub per the DBPR
- Onboarding instructions
- Link to our Support Page to access forms, online folder, and Realty Hub procedures
- Contact email for the Support Staff
- Contact email and phone number for the Broker
