You will need to fill out our application. Once you submit the application, an email link will be sent within a few minutes. If you don’t see the email, please check your SPAM folder. You’ll need to click on the link to begin Step 2.
Review and sign our Independent Contractor Agreement.

- Send us a note/request (customized start dates, inquiry, etc)

This page will confirm that your information has been submitted. If your real estate license is currently active with another real estate brokerage, you’ll need to ask your broker to go online and release your license. It takes less than 2 minutes.
You should receive an email confirmation from [email protected] once you have completed our application process. Please check your SPAM folder.
What Happens Next?
Within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, confirm the activation status of your license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), and send you a Welcome Email.
The Welcome Email will contain:
- Confirmation of active status with Realty Hub per the GREC
- Onboarding instructions
- Link to our Support Page to access forms, online folder, and Realty Hub procedures
- Contact email for the Support Staff
- Contact email and phone number for the Broker
