What Happens Next?
After you complete your application, if you are currently licensed with a different brokerage, you’ll need to ask your current broker to log into GREC online to release your license. Within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, confirm the activation status of your license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), and send you a Welcome Email.
The Welcome Email will contain:
- Confirmation of active status with Realty Hub per the GREC
- Onboarding instructions
- Link to our Support Page to access forms, online folder, and Realty Hub procedures
- Contact email for the Support Staff
- Contact email and phone number for the Broker
