The final step is to activate your license with Realty Hub.

The Realty Hub, LLC license number is 000133110.

The next thing to do is to notify the Alabama Real Estate Commission of your intention to transfer your license. You can do either one of the following:

a) Complete the online process at the Alabama Real Estate Commission website

b) Download the physical form, fill it out, and submit via postal mail to the Alabama Real Estate Commission. You can download the form here. Please use our corporate address on all forms: 7635 Ashley Park Court, Suite 503, Orlando, FL 32835

Once we have verified your identification and confirm payment of the Membership Fee, we will begin the onboarding process. Expect to receive a Welcome Email from us within 1 business day. For example, if you applied to Realty Hub on Friday at 1pm, we will respond to you by Monday at 1pm.

As mentioned in the application process, you can download the W9 form, fill in the necessary information, and email it to us at [email protected].
