Once we have verified your application and confirmed payment of the Membership Fee, the final step is to activate your license with Realty Hub through the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) website.

If you are currently licensed with another real estate broker, please ask your broker to log into the GREC site to release your license. It takes less than 1 minute.

If applicable, we will send you a Change Application form to e-sign as part of the process depending on your license status.

We will send you a Welcome Email after your license is associated with Realty Hub via the GREC. Kindly allow us 1 business day for the whole process to complete. Please note that we perform agent license activations on weekdays only. For example, if you submitted your application on Friday at 1pm, we will respond to you by Monday at 1pm.
