Here's our online application process for Alabama real estate agents
You will need to fill out our application. Once you submit the application, an email link will be sent within a few minutes. If you don’t see the email, please check your SPAM folder. You’ll need to click on the link to begin Step 2.
Review and sign our Independent Contractor Agreement.
- Upload a profile picture for usrealtyhub.com/agents (optional).
- Send us a note/request (customized start dates, inquiry, etc)
You can pay with a credit card, or debit card, or use your PayPal account.
This page will confirm that your information has been submitted. Additionally, you will see instructions on how to activate your license with Realty Hub.
You should receive an email confirmation from [email protected] once you have completed our application process. Please check your SPAM folder.

What Happens Next?
At the end of the application process, agents will be given directions to complete the Transfer/Registration process for the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Upon successful completion, within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, confirm the activation status of your license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC), and send you a Welcome Email.
The Welcome Email will contain:
- Confirmation of activation status with Realty Hub per the AREC
- Onboarding instructions
- Link to our Support Page to access forms, online folder, and Realty Hub procedures
- Contact email for the Support Staff
- Contact email and phone number for the Broker
