What Happens Next?

At the end of the application process, agents will be given directions to complete the Transfer/Registration process for the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Upon successful completion, within 1 business day, you will receive a Welcome Email with onboarding instructions. We will review and verify your application, confirm the activation status of your license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC), and send you a Welcome Email.

The Welcome Email will contain:

  • Confirmation of activation status with Realty Hub per the AREC
  • Onboarding instructions
  • Link to our Support Page to access forms, online folder, and Realty Hub procedures
  • Contact email for the Support Staff
  • Contact email and phone number for the Broker
