About Realty Hub

Realty Hub has 3 licenses in Georgia:

 1. Realty Hub, LLC – Agents will be given access to the FMLS

 The Georgia MLS charges $20 per agent per month for an agent licensed with Realty Hub of Georgia, LLC. This payment is collected from the agent on a monthly recurring basis.  3. US Realty Hub, LLC dba Realty Hub – Agents will be given access to the FMLS and also have membership in a local Realtor Association. Georgia MLS access is optional.

All Realtor members have access to forms provided to them through their membership to the Realtor Association. For their convenience, copies of these documents are uploaded onto our online folder.

We do not provide training at the moment.  

Realty Hub does not mandate any rules about team structure, branding, or operations. It is recommended that teams have their own internal agreements about structure, branding, and inter-team operations. With respect to payment of real estate commissions, all of paperwork, including Commission Disbursement Forms, can accommodate multiple payees. Our policies and procedures are applicable to both teams and individual agents.

About Realtor Associations and the MLS

Yes, we are. Please check out Our Realtor Memberships page to see the list under Georgia.

Yes, however, you may only join local Realtor Associations that Realty Hub is also a member of.

1. FMLS – The FMLS is free to access. The FMLS charges a fee for any properties transacted through the FMLS. For more detailed information, please visit or contact the FMLS.

2. Georgia MLS – The Georgia MLS charges $20 per agent per month for an agent licensed with Realty Hub of Georgia, LLC. This payment is collected from the agent on a monthly recurring basis. 3. Local Realtor Association – Realty Hub must be a member in order for the agent to join. For a list of our Realtor Association Memberships, please click here.

Per the Realtor Association, you may only join any Realtor Association that Realty Hub is also a member of.

Fees

Realty Hub does not charge the agent or client a separate E&O fee. Agents who join are covered under our policy. We have a $1 million aggregate per year policy covering all legally allowable real estate activities performed by our agents for a commission/fee.

Agents who are responsible for any legal claims or legal disputes will be liable to pay the E&O Insurance deductible of $2,500 per incident.

Here is the Realty Hub fee schedule:

$100 – Annual Membership Fee

$100 – Transaction Fee

$20 – Sign Up Fee – this is a one-time fee assessed when you join Realty Hub

$15 – Incoming Wire Fee

$2,500 – Penalty if Realty Hub Comprehensive Disclosure is not signed by the Realty Hub client

$2,500 – Errors & Omission insurance deductible to be paid by the agent for any legal disputes or legal claims arising from agent’s actions

No. We are one of a few brokers with no monthly fees.

Realty Hub doesn’t have a commission structure. Instead, we charge agents $100 per transaction.  Should the agent earn any commission or fee on a transaction, they keep it.

No. We use our own legally binding electronic signature platform embedded within our Support Page. Upon joining, agents will gain access to our Support Page. From there, within an agent’s Private Folder, they may select PDF documents to initiate electronic signatures.

Agents may use their own CRM or electronic signature platform at their own expense.

After completion of the application and payment of the membership fee, you will be active within 1 business day (24 hours). We perform agent activations from Monday through Friday. For example, an application sent on Friday at 1pm will be processed and responded to by Monday 1pm. 

None. We have developed our own Support Page for agents to log into once they join. From the Support Page, agents can access forms, upload transaction documents, and find answers to frequently asked questions.

Agents are expected to upload all transaction files by logging into our Support Page. Agents are also expected to manage their own transactions.

Checklists and procedures are clearly noted on our Support Page. Our admin staff will assist and review transaction files prior to the broker signing paperwork or disbursing any commissions.

All agents are given access our Support Page where they will find forms, answers to frequently asked questions, important information about the brokerage, procedures, and checklists. Additionally, agents will have access to their online folder to storage of transaction files. Within the folder, agents can fill out forms on documents and initiate legally binding electronic signatures.

Getting Paid

You can be paid at closing (immediate) or by Direct Deposit. Detailed instructions are provided on our Support Page and access will be given to you once you join Realty Hub.
